Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains the shipping, dispatch, delivery, packaging, tracking, customs, and risk-related terms applicable to orders placed with Rapid Circuit for Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), PCB assemblies, and related products.
By placing an order with Rapid Circuit, the customer agrees to the terms mentioned in this Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Coverage

Rapid Circuit ships orders both within India and internationally.

We provide domestic shipping across India and global shipping to international destinations, subject to courier serviceability, logistics availability, customs clearance, applicable laws, and destination-country regulations.
At present, Rapid Circuit does not maintain a fixed exclusion list of countries. However, shipping to any specific country, region, or location may depend on courier availability, export restrictions, import rules, government regulations, or any other practical or legal limitation applicable at the time of dispatch.

2. Dispatch Location

All orders are generally dispatched from our facility located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise communicated by Rapid Circuit in writing.
The dispatch location may be changed at the discretion of Rapid Circuit depending on production, logistics, operational, or business requirements.

3. Dispatch Timeline

Orders are dispatched only after the successful completion of production, inspection, testing, and final Quality Assurance procedures.
Any manufacturing lead time communicated during quotation, order confirmation, or commercial discussion refers only to the estimated production or fabrication timeline. It does not include courier transit time, customs clearance time, public holidays, logistics delays, or final delivery time.
Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product type, order quantity, technical specifications, design complexity, material availability, production load, quality
inspection requirements, payment confirmation, documentation requirements, and other operational factors.

4. Domestic Shipping

For domestic shipments within India, Rapid Circuit may use suitable courier, cargo, transport, or logistics partners, including but not limited to DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Trackon, Anjani Courier, VRL, ACPL / Avinash Cargo, or any other reliable service provider based on location, shipment type, delivery urgency, and serviceability.
Domestic delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, transport route, service availability, and local delivery conditions.
Any delivery timeline communicated by Rapid Circuit shall be treated as an estimate only and not as a guaranteed delivery commitment.

5. International Shipping

For international shipments, Rapid Circuit may use suitable global courier, postal, cargo, or logistics partners, including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, India Post, Aramex, or any other available international shipping service provider.
International delivery timelines depend on the destination country, courier partner, shipping mode, export documentation, customs clearance, local import procedures, destination-country regulations, and other logistics-related factors.
Rapid Circuit shall not be responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, import procedures, courier companies, local delivery agencies, international transit issues, government restrictions, documentation checks, destination-country rules, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of Rapid Circuit.

6. Customs, Import Duties, Taxes, and Compliance

For international orders, the buyer shall be solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, local taxes, handling charges, documentation charges, destination-country fees, and any other government or regulatory charges applicable in the importing country.
The buyer is also responsible for ensuring that the ordered products can be legally imported, cleared, received, and used in the destination country.
Rapid Circuit shall not be liable for shipment delay, detention, seizure, return, penalty, additional cost, or non-delivery arising due to customs issues, import restrictions, incorrect documentation provided by the buyer, destination-country regulations, or failure of the buyer to complete import-related formalities.
If any shipment is returned, held, abandoned, or rejected by customs or local authorities due to buyer-side issues, the buyer shall be responsible for all related costs, including return freight, storage charges, penalties, re-shipping charges, customs charges, and any other applicable expenses.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may be charged separately or may be included in the quotation depending on the order value, shipping location, courier mode, shipment weight,
shipment size, urgency, and commercial terms agreed between Rapid Circuit and the buyer.
Unless clearly mentioned otherwise in writing, shipping charges, freight charges, courier charges, cargo charges, insurance charges, customs charges, special handling charges, and any additional logistics-related expenses shall be payable by the buyer.
Rapid Circuit reserves the right to revise shipping charges if the courier cost, shipment weight, volumetric weight, destination, delivery method, or logistics condition changes before dispatch.

8. Transfer of Risk

All shipments are dispatched on a dispatch basis, Ex-Works basis, FOB basis, or similar commercial basis, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by Rapid Circuit.
The risk of loss, damage, delay, theft, shortage, mishandling, or deterioration of goods shall transfer to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the courier, cargo, transport, postal, or logistics service provider.
After handover to the logistics partner, Rapid Circuit shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, misrouting, non-delivery, theft, mishandling, or deterioration caused during transit.
The buyer is advised to inspect the package condition at the time of delivery. In case of visible damage, tampering, leakage, broken packaging, or mishandling, the buyer should record photographs or video evidence before accepting or opening the shipment.

9. Packaging Standards

Rapid Circuit follows suitable industrial packaging practices to protect PCBs, PCB assemblies, and electronic items during transit.

Bare PCBs

Bare PCBs are generally packed using vacuum packing, desiccant, bubble wrap, or other suitable protective materials to help reduce the risk of oxidation, moisture exposure, scratches, bending, and physical transit damage.

PCBA / Assembled Boards

PCB assemblies and electronic assemblies are generally packed using anti-static or ESD-safe packaging material where required, including ESD shielding bags or other suitable protective packaging to reduce the risk of electrostatic discharge and handlingrelated damage.

Although Rapid Circuit takes reasonable care in packaging, the company does not guarantee that external courier, cargo, transport, or logistics handling will be free from impact, mishandling, delay, moisture exposure, or other transit-related risks.

10. Tracking Information

After successful dispatch, Rapid Circuit will share available tracking details with the customer through WhatsApp, email, SMS, or any other suitable communication method.
Tracking details may include the courier name, Airway Bill number, docket number, consignment number, tracking link, or other shipment reference details, depending on the logistics partner used.
Once tracking details are shared, the customer is responsible for monitoring the shipment status and coordinating with the courier or logistics provider for delivery related updates, address clarification, failed delivery attempts, rescheduling, or local delivery issues.

11. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

The buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including recipient name, company name, full address, city, state, PIN code or postal code, country, mobile number, email ID, GST details where applicable, and any required delivery instructions.
Rapid Circuit shall not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, return shipments, additional charges, or non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated,
unreachable, or misleading shipping information provided by the buyer.
If a shipment is returned to Rapid Circuit due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, non-availability of recipient, failed delivery attempts, customs issues, or buyerside non-compliance, the buyer shall be responsible for re-shipping charges and any additional expenses incurred.

12. Delivery Delay Disclaimer

Any delivery date, transit timeline, or estimated arrival date communicated by Rapid Circuit or the courier partner is only an estimate and shall not be treated as a
guaranteed delivery date.
Rapid Circuit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, commercial, production-related, business interruption, or financial loss arising due to delayed delivery, non-delivery, shipment misrouting, courier failure, customs delay, or any logistics-related issue.

Customers are advised not to treat estimated delivery timelines as fixed commitments for production planning, assembly scheduling, project deadlines, or onward delivery obligations.

13. Shipment Insurance

Shipment insurance, if required, must be specifically requested by the buyer before dispatch and may be subject to additional charges.
If shipment insurance is not specifically requested and confirmed in writing, the shipment may be dispatched without insurance. In such cases, the buyer shall bear the transit-related risk after the goods are handed over to the courier, cargo, or logistics partner.

14. Delivery Acceptance

Once a shipment is delivered to the address provided by the buyer, it shall be treated as delivered and accepted unless the buyer immediately reports a valid delivery issue with supporting evidence.
Any claim related to damaged packaging, missing parcel, short delivery, or transit damage must be reported to Rapid Circuit within a reasonable time after delivery, along with clear photographs, videos, courier documents, and shipment details.
Rapid Circuit may review such claims on a case-by-case basis; however, acceptance or support for any claim shall not be treated as an admission of liability by Rapid Circuit.
